After Intense Work, Rest Is Necessary
The work of an entrepreneur is intense, full of worries and responsibilities. Working more than ten hours a day does not always bring results or satisfaction. For this reason, it is important to slow down, to give your mind a rest, and to do something you enjoy. Walk in the woods, breathe in the oxygen of the plants, observe how vast the universe is and how small you are within its immensity. Be grateful for what you have.
Remember that your work, your profession, needs you to be calm and centered. Everything can be resolved, everything has a reason. Encounters are not random; they arise from your energy, from your silence, even from an unspoken request for help.
Practice meditation and sincerity. Working and collaborative relationships must have this essence: do not betray, do not overpower. You are not just looking for skills, but for a team, a group that shares and thinks together with you about the goal you have set.
The professional works with you and for you: they are not a cost, but added value. They understand you, know where you want to go, and see farther than your “trench.” They stand in the watchtower, and their experience helps limit damage.
Therefore, walk with them and allow your tensions to dissolve.
“Do what makes you happy.”
